Multi-region ping and latency
6 regional probesSend three ICMP echo requests from one available Globalping probe in North America, Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
How to interpret regional ping
Each run asks Globalping for one available probe in the United States, Germany, Brazil, South Africa, Singapore, and Australia. The actual city and network are shown because probes can change between runs. The shared unauthenticated provider allowance is protected by an IP Yellow ceiling of 180 probe tests per hour—below Globalping's documented 250-test allowance—and by per-connection throttling.
ICMP is not an application health check. A firewall can drop echo requests while HTTPS remains healthy, and CDN or anycast DNS can send different probes to different addresses. Treat loss and latency as point-in-time evidence from the named probe, not proof of a general outage.
